I'm not just a personal trainer with over 10 years of training experience. I'm someone who understands your journey from the inside out. My own fitness story began where many of yours might. Feeling overweight and lacking confidence, unsure of how to make a real, lasting change. That personal struggle became my greatest teacher and ignited my passion for helping others discover their strength and reclaim their well-being.

My approach isn't about quick fixes or temporary solutions. I believe in lasting change building sustainable habits, fostering a positive mindset, and equipping you with the knowledge to thrive long after our sessions end. Built to Last is a 12-week hybrid fat loss and strength program designed for adults 35+ who want sustainable results. It combines structured strength training, personalized nutrition coaching, and three in-person performance sessions to help you reduce body fat, increase muscle, and build habits that support long-term health. Built to Last is backed by a progress guarantee. If you fully commit to the 12 weeks and do not see measurable improvement, coaching continues at no additional cost.
